Using the Messages shutter

The Messages shutter allows you to access your voice mail messages.
You launch the Messages shutter by:
Pressing the shutter label buttons ( ) or shutter label.
Pressing a programmed key/softkey in the Phone shutter. For information
on how to program keys, see Programming Features On Your Keys.
Pressing the Message Hard Key on the phone (This option must be
specified in the Settings shutter. For more information on how to specify
this option, see Program Message key).
In the Overview Touch Screen, the status area displays information
regarding the Messages shutter.
Possible status values are:
1. Not Ready: Displayed during startup or if there is no communication
established with the ICP.
2. No Mailbox: Displays if the current prime DN does not have a mailbox.
3. Logged In: Displays when the user is currently logged into their
mailbox.
4. Logged Out: Displays if the user is logged out of the mailbox and the
message indicator is not on.
5. Messages: Displays if the user is logged out and the message indicator
is on. Indicates that you have Messages.
If you open the Messages shutter and you are not logged into your voice
mailbox, the login window is displayed. You can use this window to log into
the voice mailbox assigned to this extension or to log in as a guest by
pressing Connect as "Guest".
