Enable personal softkey programming

When you enable personal softkey programming, the default softkeys
programmed by the 3300 ICP (when it the 5235 IP Phone is idle) are no
longer displayed and are not available.
To enable softkey programming:
1. Open the Settings shutter.
2. Press the scroll buttons (

4. Press the checkbox for Personal Softkey in effect.
5. Press Save.

Program Message Waiting Indicator

You can program a Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) to a Programmable key
so that when a message is left on another phone, you are notified by a
flashing key.
1. Open the Setting shutter.
2. Press the scroll buttons (

4. Press the key you wish to program. A programming window with three
tabs displays.
5. If the Features tab is not selected, press the Features tab.
6. Use the scroll buttons (

8. Press the Number field.
9. In the on-screen dial pad, press the appropriate numbers for the phone
number (you will be notified of messages on this phone number) and
click Done.
