5. Press the "MASTER ON/OFF" key of the main
unit to turn it on. (Fig. 8)
6. For writing to MAIN, while pressing the "AUDIO
SELECT" key of the main unit, connect the
power cable of the main unit to the AC outlet.

For writing to VIDEO, while pressing the "TONE
CONTROL" key of the main unit, connect the
power cable of the main unit to the AC outlet.

The writing ready state is set. (Fig. 9)
* When the writing ready state is not ob-
tained, press the [CANCEL] button and per-
form steps 1 to 5 of the procedure "Writing
to MAIN" again.
7. Press the [E.P.S.] button and start writing.

9. Disconnect the power cable of the main unit
