7.05 Gas valve
• Isolate as and electricity supplies
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners
• Remove the two securin screws
and lower control panel
• Disconnect electrical connections from valve "A"
• Disconnect plastic tube "C"
• Loosen the connection "D" on as pipe and the as
inlet connection of the boiler "E"
• Remove the two xin screw "E" below as valve
• Slide out as valve
• Remove four xin screw "F" on top of
the valve and disconnect the as pipe
• Remove bottom connection from as valve
• Fit top + bottom as connections to the new as valve
and replace in reverse order

• Isolate electricity
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners

• Remove the two screw "A" xin air pressure switch
• Disconnect electrical leads " "
• Remove pressure sensin tubes white D Red C
•
ote relevant positions of all connections and
replace in reverse order

• Isolate electricity and water supplies
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners
• Remove the two securin screws and lower control panel
• Identify the sensor from
• Disconnect electrical connection to the sensor
• Drain the affected service either D

nscrew the sensor
• Replace in reverse order

• Identify the switch from
• Disconnect electrical connections + note positions to the switch
• Drain the boiler

nscrew the sensor
• Replace in reverse order

• Release the outlet union to the valve and undo the valve
union connection
