94 Driving and Operating
Danger
Before adding fuel, switch off the
engine and any external combustion
heating device.
Turn off cell phones. When adding
fuel, observe the operation and
safety instructions of the fuel station.
Danger
Fuel is a flammable and explosive
material.
No smoking. No open flames or
sparks.
If you can smell fuel in your vehicle,
have the cause of this remedied
immediately by a CHEVROLET
retailer.
Do not use methanol
Fuel containing methanol must not be
used in this vehicle. This type of fuel
will degrade the vehicle performance
and damage the parts in fuel system.
Caution
The use of methanol will result in
damage to the fuel system.
Therefore damage caused by using
methanol fuel is not within the scope
of warranty.
Driving in other countries
When driving your vehicle in other
countries:
Comply with all the registration and
insurance regulations.
Make sure that correct fuel is
available.

Filling the Tank

1. Switch off the engine.
2. Pull the release lever for the fuel
filler cap, which is mounted on the
floor on right side of the driver seat.
Note
If the fuel filler door does not open in
cold weather, tap the door lightly. Then
try to open it again.
