Phone Book Settings
The use of Corporate Directories in combination
with a management system makes phone book
updates easy to do and eliminates the need for
entering directory information on each one of
the video meeting units in a company.

Corporate Directory. When set to On, the
Corporate Directory is available in the
menu. When set to Off, the Corporate
Directory is hidden from the menu and
unavailable to users.

In addition to – or in lieu of – a corporate
phone book, you may have your own phone
book stored locally. This phone book is
called My Contacts. Read more about the
