2.5 AP-4131 Access Point to Access Port Conversion

Switch Note: AP-4131 Access Point to Access Port Conversion is only available on the
RFS6000 platform.
To convert an AP-4131 "fat" Access Point to a "thin" AP-4131 Access Port you need to load the port conversion version
firmware. Refer to the files available with you Motorola Solutions Website download package.
To convert an AP-4131 Access Point
1. Verify a TFTP server is up and running and the firmware you are going to install is in the root directory of the TFTP server.
2. Log in to the AP-4131 as Admin. The default password is Symbol.
3. Select the
