Shutter Unit - Nikon D3 VBA18001 Repair Manual

・Take out one screw (#1710) and two screws (#1709).
・Take out the screw (#1706).
・Remove the charge base-plate unit (#B10620).

Remove the charge lever section by disengaging
from the convex portion of the shutter.

Shutter unit

・Remove the six and four soldering bridges each.
・Take out the two screws (#1509) and one screw (#1505).
・Remove the shutter unit (#B12001).
