Uninstalling the DVC Storage Driver (Users of Windows 98 Only)
If the DVC Storage Driver has not been installed correctly, uninstall the driver.

Make sure to press the CARD STILUMOVIE button to display the MPEG-4
n
movie playback mode before connecting the camcorder to the computer.
1.
Connect the camcorder to the computer using the supplied
USB cable
(CD
24).
2.
Click the Windows [Start] menu and select [Settings] and
[Control Panel].
3.
Double-click the [System] icon.
The [System Properties] dialog appears.
4.
Click the [Device Manager] tab and select [View devices by
connection].
5.
Delete [Canon DVC Storage Device].
1. Select [Canon DVC Storage Device] and click [Remove].
2. In the confirmation dialog, click [OK].
3. Click [OK] to close the [System Properties] dialog.
