Follow these steps to open the on-screen manual.
1. Insert the supplied CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.
2. Select Manual- Canon - Notes for Mac OS X 10.5 - Language.
3. Double-click TOP.htm
The browser starts and the on-screen manual appears.
Download the Printer Driver from Canon Website
When using 64-bit application software or the High Dynamic Range
printing process(full 16-bit workflow), please download and use the driver
(CUPS driver) from Canon website.
Visit the Canon website of the area in which you use the machine.

Notes:
• Mac

10.5 or higher version of operating system required for the CUPS driver.
• There are restrictions when using the driver. For details, refer to the website.
Confirmation of Printer Registry
Check the Print & Fax screen of System Preferences to confirm that
the registration of printer is completed, after installing the printer. If you
cannot find the printer name, follow the Print & Fax screen instructions
to register.
