The printer is requesting paper or
other printer material to be fed man-
ually from the Multipurpose Feeder.
The display shows the following
information:
On line 2:
<Custom Type Name>
Custom Type 1 through 3 is a user-
defined name that was created with
the MarkVision utility. The name is
truncated to 16 characters.
<size>
If the requested type matches the
type currently in the tray, the paper
size is displayed if you have not
defined a custom type name. The
name is truncated to 16 characters.
<type><size>
The requested <type> is other than
a custom type. The type name is
truncated to 9 characters.
The requested <size> paper is dis-
played. The size name is truncated
to 6 characters.
• Load the requested size and type
in the source. The printer auto-
matically clears the message and
continues processing the job.
• To ignore the message and print
on the material installed in the
tray, press Select.
Or, to reset the printer:
• Press <Menu> to access the
Busy menu.
• Select Reset Printer.
