Tray-related messages
Message
Output bin is full The output tray is full.
Paper empty in tray There is no paper in the
[tray type] indicated tray.
Paper empty in all tray There is no paper in all
tray.
Paper empty in MP tray There is no paper in the
multi-purpose tray.
Tray 2 cassette Out The optional tray2 is
not installed.
Meaning Suggested solutions
Remove papers from the
output tray, the machine
resumes printing. If the
problem persists, call for
service.
Load paper in the tray (see
"Loading paper in the tray"
on page 32).
Load paper in the tray (see
"Loading paper in the tray"
on page 32).
Load paper in the multi-
purpose tray (see "Multi-
purpose tray" on page 34).
Install the optional tray 2. If
the optional tray 2 is
