and service it if defective.

Is the "H" pulse (approximately 6V) inputted to
the base of Q1517?
Check Q1517 and their periphery, and service it if
defective.

Is 5V voltage supplied to collector of Q1520?
Is the "H" pulse (approximately 6V) inputted to
the base of Q1520?
Check Q1520, D1530 and their periphery, and service
it if defective.

Check Q1521, D1529 and their periphery, and service
