Shut down the node containing
the adapter and use that node to
diagnose and isolate the
problem using the information
contained in the user guide for
the RA4100 and the Fibre
Channel troubleshooting guide.
Replace any defective
component.
Verify that the cache module on
each RA4100 controller is
properly seated. If necessary,
replace one cache module so
that the cache levels match on
both array controllers.
