5 Troubleshooting
The Fuser Kit has reached the end of its replacement life.
Contact our Customer Support Center or your dealer.

The toner in the X toner cartridge is very low. There is enough toner to print

pages. Have a new cartridge ready for the displayed X cartridge.

Drum cartridge X has reached the end of its service life. Or, there is something wrong
with drum cartridge X.
Replace the drum cartridge indicated by the message with a new one.
The toner cartridge is out of toner or there is something wrong with the toner
cartridge.
Replace the toner cartridge indicated by the message with a new one.
