ONTROL SWITCH SETTINGS
You can make the following control switch settings independently for each program.
Press the EXP/CTL button and use value knob 5 to select the effect you want to
control.

WITCHING EACH EFFECT ON
• "I/ON OFF"
• "P/ON OFF"
• "A/ON OFF"
• "M/ON OFF"
• "D/ON OFF"
• "R/ON OFF"
NOTE: The CONTROL switch LEDs indicate the on/off status.
U TAP TEMPO
SING
• "MOD TAP"
• "DLY TAP"
NOTE: The CONTROL switch LED will blink at the tempo you specify.
NOTE: The maximum tap interval is 10 seconds.

FFECT CONTROL
• "FLN TRIG"
• "ROT SPD"
• "HOLD DLY"
• "FREEZ"
NOTE: If you haven't selected an applicable effect, nothing will be controlled.
C ESS
ONTROLLING
• "ESS CTL1"
• "ESS CTL2"
• "ESS TAP1"
• "ESS TAP2"
• "ESS TRIG"
NOTE: ESS TAP1, ESS TAP2, and ESS TRIG will do nothing if the SPEED of the
step effect is set to PEdL.

TO SET A PARAMETER
Use TAP TEMPO to set the SPEED parameter of the
modulation effect
Use TAP TEMPO to set the TIME parameter of the delay
effect
LFO START TRIGGER of the CLASSIC FLANGER effect
SPEED SW of the ROTARY effect
HOLD of the HOLD DELAY effect
ON of the FREEZ effect
Turn ESS on/off
Turn the effect being controlled by ESS on/off
Use tap tempo to specify the duration until the next step
Use tap tempo to specify the length from step 1 until the
last step (if in Alternate mode, the length of one cycle
back to step 1)
The sequence will begin from step 1
