DESCRIPTION:
This MMC is primarily used for creating a new class of service. Individual COS fea-
tures can be turned on or off for each class you create. (NOTE: If the "unsupervis-
ed conference" feature is allowed, a CONF key must be programmed on keysets to
allow the conference supervisor to rejoin a conference.)
