Maintenance

1. Shut down the system
2. Close the Vitoair regulating pulley (if installed)
3. Open the boiler door

1. Switch off the mains voltage or
the mains electrical isolator switch
and take measures to prevent it
from being switched on again.
2. Shut off the oil supply (close the oil
filter valve) or close the gas shut-off
valve, whichever applicable.
1. Press in the rotary knob A on the
motor of the Vitoair and turn to
setting 5.
2. Secure the regulating pulley with
the locking catch B.
1. Unfasten and remove the burner
hood A.
2. Disconnect the connector fAB
from the burner.
3. Take off the bottom front panel C.

Please note:
With gas pressure jet burner, remove
the gas connection pipe.
4. Unscrew the two bolts D on the
boiler door E and swing open the
boiler door.
