Unanswered timed reminder alert [PT only]
If the guest does not answer a wake-up call, the Alert button (assigned on "Alert Extension") light will
flash. Pressing the Alert button informs you which extension did not answer the wake-up call.
To confirm which extension did not answer the timed reminder alert

To call the unanswered extension

A voice message (wake-up message) can be recorded by the Manager or an Operator, if
required. Please refer to "3.2.2 Recording Outgoing Messages."

The alarm rings three times (30 seconds each) in a 60 seconds interval (Default).
•
The detailed Timed Reminder information is recorded and printed out by SMDR
automatically when the timed reminder starts and is not answered.

An Alert Extension can be assigned for Day / Night mode respectively per tenant by System
Programming.
•
If the daily alarm is set, the display shows "*" in the corner.

Printing out guest room information
Guest room information can be printed out from the telephone in each room. Pre-assigned message
numbers 6 through 9 can be used.
