Select Applications > Epson Software > EpsonNet > EpsonNet Config VX* > EpsonNet Config.

Checking the communication using the Ping command

You can use this feature to confirm whether communication is established between the computer and the product.
This method is only available if you have acquired the product's IP address in advance, such as in the following
situations.
❏ You have set a static IP address for the product and have taken a note of it.
❏ You took a note of the product's IP address when you setup the network, and it has not been changed by settings on
the access point or the product.

In the TCP/IP network environment, confirm the IP addresses set on the computer and product, then check whether
communication is established between the computer and product.
