    User's Guide Placing Originals Placing Originals Place originals on the scanner glass or the ADF (ADF-equipped printers only). Use the scanner glass for originals that the ADF does not support. You can scan multiple originals and both sides of the originals at the same time with the ADF. Placing Originals on the Scanner Glass Caution: Be careful not to trap your hand or fingers when opening or closing the document cover.
