Quality of Service (QoS) – IP Presedence Video
IP Type of Service (TOS)
This helps a router select a routing path when
multiple paths are available.
Delay
. Tells the router to minimize the delay.
Throughput . Tells the router to maximize the
throughput.
Off
. TOS disabled.
Reliability . Tells the router to maximize the
reliability.
Cost . Tells the router to minimize the cost.

priority audio, video, data and signalling should
have in the network. The higher the number,
the higher the priority. The priority range is
for each type of packets. Note that
Auto will provide the following priority:

Video: 4
Data: 3
Signalling: 6
