Installing Rear Seal Retainer and Flywheel
1. Install real seal retainer with new gasket
(Figure 6). Torque screws to values listed in
Section 14 - Engine Specifications.

2. Install flywheel (Figure 7).
NOTE: Apply Permatex® No. 2 or similar sealant to
flywheel screws.

3. Torque flywheel screws to values listed in
Section 14 - Engine Specifications.
4. Remove flywheel holder.
Install Oil Pan
1. Install oil pan with new gasket.
2. All small bead of Permatex® No. 2 or similar
sealant to crankcase areas (A, Figure 8).
