4. Use the
Default Transmit Key

7. Specify a 4 to 32 character
The passphase is helpful for entering WEP keys without having the remember all of the characters
comprising the key. The passphase can be any alphanumeric string. The CB3000, other proprietary routers
and Motorola devices use the algorithm to convert an ASCII string to the same hexadecimal number. This
conversion is not required for a wireless connection. Wireless devices without Motorola adapters need
to use WEP keys manually configured as hexadecimal numbers.
