ADJUSTING AIR PRESSURE

1) Adjust the air pressure at recommended operating pressure 90-
115 psi (6.2 - 7.9 bar 6.3 - 8.1 kgf/cm2) according to the length of
fasteners and hardness of workpiece.
The correct air pressure is the lowest pressure which will do the
job. Using the Tool at a higher than required air pressure unneces-
sarily over stresses the Tool.

LOADING NAILS

When loading nails into the Nailer,
1) Do not contact the ram cap.
2) Do not depress the safety trigger; and
3) Keep the nailer pointed downward.
Insert Nails into the Nail Rail as
shown. Pull back the Pusher
Bracket (Ref. No. 59) to engage and
position the Pusher Finger (Ref. No.
49) behind the loaded Nail Clip(s).
This will provide pressure against
the nails and move them into the
proper position for the nailing func-
tion of the tool.
IMPORTANT! For best results,
maintain at lease a 1-2 inch length
clip of nails in the Magazine Nail
Rail.
