You can save up to four numbers, together with first names and surnames, eMail addresses,
birthdays/anniversaries with signalling, VIP ringtone and caller picture in a contacts entry. You
can synchronise the contacts with the Outlook contacts in your PC address book and upload
ringtones and pictures to your handset (
You can create the contacts (with up to 500 entries) individually for each of your handsets. You
can also send lists/entries to other handsets (

Enter the components of each entry via the individual
fields (name, number, eMail, ringtone, birthday, picture).
Where necessary, scroll down to see additional
components.
To create an entry, you must enter at least one number.
Input in the eMail field: Pressing the 0 key multiple times
allows you to enter frequently used
characters: @. - 0 _
If available, confirm each entry with è. Touch
menu without saving (exceptions: ringtone and caller pic-
ture).
The first number in each entry is automatically highlighted in green (
when you open the contacts entry and press the talk key.
