DIAGNOSTICS FOR ENGINE STARTING FAILURE

9 CHECK INPUT VOLTAGE OF ECM.
1) Connect main relay connector.
2) Turn ignition switch to ON.
3) Measure voltage between ECM connector
and chassis ground.
