BDabbcccd
Bar Codes. Prints a 2:5 ratio bar code, except for UPC, EAN, Code 93,
Code 128 and UCC128 symbols, which are fixed width bar codes. For
values a, bb, ccc and d see instructions for Babbcccd.
For UPC/EAN bar codes, this command puts descender bars and
humand readable text below the symbol.

PDF417. Prints PDF417 2-D symbols.

Postnet. Prints Postnet bar codes.

Bar Codes. Variable Ratio. provides the ability to print a bar code with
