• In the search mode, a search can be made quickly by USB Skip function
to find the desired folder/file. For details, refer to "Setting the USB Skip
function" on page 26.
• The total folders/files should be less than 1,000 (512 files for root folder)
in each search hierarchy.

Select Folder

Folder can be easily changed. For example, if you listen to a song from a
selected folder, the folder can be changed.
Press 1  or  2 to select the desired Folder.
Note
• This function is inactive during MIX ALL playback.

Search Position Memory

During playback, you can quickly return to the last-selected hierarchy
level in the search mode.
Press r.
The hierarchy you selected last in the search mode is displayed.

Connecting an iPod/iPhone

An iPod/iPhone can be connected to this unit by using the Interface
cable for iPod (included with iPod/iPhone). When this unit is connected
by using the cable, the controls on the iPod are not functional.
Notes
• Internet and telephone functions of the iPod touch or iPhone, ect., can
also be used while connected to this unit. However, using these functions
will stop or pause the playing songs. Stop using any application or the
phone functions before going back to music playback on your device .
• If you connect an iPhone to this unit, it can be used as an iPod. If you
use iPhone as a hands-free phone, use the unit in which the
BLUETOOTH function is built.
