2 SETTING ITEMS (ADMIN)

Setting the calibration

This function automatically calibrates the color gradation of the machine. You can use this function when the shading and
hue cannot be reproduced accurately because of the following reasons:
For color models: When the shading of the image is not appropriate, or when the hue has deviated in copy and printing
jobs
For monochromatic models: When the shading of the copied image is not appropriate
The calibration setting in the ADMIN menu can be performed only when an administrator has set the Calibration
Display Level to [ADMIN].

Place LT or A4 paper (recommended paper) in the drawer
used, calibration may not be performed properly.
If the glass is dirty or any foreign objects are stuck to it, calibration may not be performed properly. Keep the glass
clean.
Never raise the original cover or the Reversing Automatic Document Feeder
calibration is in progress. If this does happen, calibration cannot be finished properly.
Interrupt copying is not available during the calibration.
If the color often deviates, call your service technician.
