Any code associated with an error message or jam can be viewed by displaying the

View the printer's fault history on the Control Panel.

Go to
Troubleshooting --> Service Tools --> Fault History
If the printer is connected to a network and has a TCP/IP address, you can view the
printer's web page using a web browser.

Open a web browser.
