FRONT FORK
1. Install:
• damper rod 1
• rebound spring 2
CAUTION:
Allow the damper rod to slide slowly down
the inner tube 3 until it protrudes from the
bottom of the inner tube. Be careful not to
damage the inner tube.
2. Lubricate:
• inner tube's outer surface
Recommended lubricant
Fork oil 15 W or equivalent
3. Install:
• inner tube bushing 1
• inner tube 2
(into outer tube 3)
• oil flow stopper 4
4. Install:
• copper washer 1
• damper rod bolt 2
