Removing the actuator motor boad
1.
Absord the four soldered positions "M" of the right and
left motors with a soldering absorber(See Fig.14).
2.
Remove the two screws 7 retaining the actuator motor
board(See Fig.14).
3.
Remove the two screws 8 retaining the tray select
switch board(See Fig.15).
Removing the can unit
1.
Remove the CD mechanism assembly.
2.
While turning the cam gear L, align the pawl "N"
position of the drive unit to the notch position(Fig.15) on
the cam gear L.
3.
Pull out the drive unit and cylinder gear(See Fig.17).
4.
While turning the cam gear L, align the pawl "O"
position of the select lever to the notch position(Fig.18)
on the cam gear L.
5.
Remove the four screws 9 retaining the cam unit(cam
gear L and cams R1/R2 assembly)(See Fig.18).
