1. Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor on.
All symbols appear on the display.
2. Select your USER ID (A or B).
3. Sit on a chair with your feet fl at on the fl oor.
Place your arm on a table so the cuff is level
with your heart.
Keep still and do not talk during measurement.
4. Press the START/STOP button.
The cuff starts to infl ate automatically. As the cuff infl ates, the monitor
automatically determines your ideal infl ation level.
Remain still and do not move your arm until the entire measurement process is
completed.
NOTE: To stop the infl ation or measurement, push the START/STOP button. The
monitor will stop infl ating, start defl ating, and will turn off.
