Repeat this step until d has
been toggled on for all images
that are to be deleted.
@ Press MENU.
@ Select [OK] with d/F, the
press 0.
To cancel

Select [CANCEL]
with d/F in step 4
or [EXIT] with d/F in step 5, then
press 0.

Note
If there are files on the "Memory Stick"
with names having the same last 4 digits
as the file name of the image to be
deleted, these files are also deleted at the
same time.

(PROTECT)
Mode dial: k!l
This function protects images against
accidental erasure.
In single-image
or triple-
image mode

Set the mode dial to IH.

In single-image mode
Display the image you want to
protect with d/F.
In triple-image
mode
Press the zoom W button twice in
the single-image mode to turn to
the triple-image mode.
Display the image you want to
protect with d/k.

Press MENU.
The menu appears.

Select [PROTECT] with 4/b
in single-image mode, or with
A/I in triple-image mode,
then press 0.
The displayed image (or the
middle-positioned
image in triple-
image mode) is protected.
The IJY indicator appears on the
image.
