What are bidirectional printing and bidirectional adjustment?
When printing with four colors, Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), and Black(K), this machine can perform "Bi-
directional Printing" which means that the head prints when moving in both directions. Bidirectional printing
offers the advantage of being able to shorten output times, but subtle misalignment occurs during the out-
bound and return passes. The operation to correct these misalignments is called "Bidirectional Adjustment".
