STEREO

Four Winns® offers a CD stereo as standard equipment
on the all of the Horizon and Sundowner models. On
the 210 Horizon - the 265 Sundowner models, the ste-
reo is mounted in the helm console. A door encloses
the radio and helps to protect it from the elements.
To gain access to the stereo controls simply push and
release on the stereo door. The door will partially open.
Gently pull on the top of the door to open completely.
To close the door simply push the door closed and it
will lock in place.
The speakers are installed within coaming (side uphol-
stery) pads or seat bases.

H-3C of this manual and the manufacturer’s literature
included in the owner’s packet.

CHERRY HELM ENHANCEMENTS

Cherry enhancements consist of a finished synthetic
cherry. This synthetic cherry can be found in the in-
strument dash panel of the helm. In addition, the igni-
tion switch panel, helm switch panel, and glovebox
(where applicable) consist of this cherry. For care and
upkeep information, refer to Section Q-3 Cherry in this
manual.

All Horizon and Sundowner models have a built-in an-
chor locker. It is located at the bow of the boat. Simply
lift the anchor lid at the pull handle to gain access to the
anchor locker. A notch in the lid allows the anchor line
to pass through while the anchor lid is closed. See
Figure L10. The anchor locker has an overboard drain
to remove any water that might otherwise accumulate.
The compartment should be inspected after each use
and kept clean of dirt and debris to prevent plugging of
the drain hole. For information on anchors, refer to Sec-
tion M-5.

L - 10 STORAGE LOCKER
A standard feature on all Horizon models and 285
Sundowner model is an in-floor ski locker. The locker
allows for storage of skis, knee boards, tow ropes, per-
sonal floatation devices, etc. The ski storage lid is
hinged for ease of use and will stay in place in choppy
water. See Figure L11.
