Using the Remote Controller, AV Buttons and QosmioPlayer
Record button is provided with some models.
Press this button when using Windows to start
recording a TV program or recording via
Software for TV.
When using the QosmioPlayer, the Audio/Video
recording feature will not function.
Use this button to adjust the brightness of the
built-in LCD.
*Monitor-in button is provided with some models.
Pressing this button will toggle mode between
Windows and AV Input. In Monitor mode, both
DVD/CD and Digital Audio indictors are on and
the Audio button is disabled. Pressing this button
in the power-off condition will do nothing.
Pressing this button while Windows is running
will switch the display unit to TV. The TV-out
button should be programmable under Windows
and designed as a utility that allows users to
configure options.
*Internet button is provided with some models.
Press this button to launch an Internet browser. If
the computer's power is off, you can press this
button to turn on the computer's power and
launch the browser automatically in one step.
*Zoom out (-) button is provided with some
models.
Press this button to reduce the icon size on the
desktop or the application window. Refer to the
Hot keys section in Chapter 5, The keyboard.
*Zoom in (+) button is provided with some
models.
Press this button to enlarge the icon size on the
desktop or the application window. Refer to the
Hot keys section in Chapter 5, The keyboard.
