Deleting document

In "Specify operation", select "Delete", and then click the [Change the display] button.
The "Select" check box appears beside the documents available for operation.

Select the check box for the documents to be deleted, and then click the [Delete] button.
– To select or clear the check boxes for all the documents, select the "Check/Uncheck" check box
