9. Remove the plenum chamber top.
1. Remove the 13 screws.
2. Remove the plenum chamber top.
10. Remove the blend door assembly from the case.
11. Remove the heater core.
12. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL® meeting Ford specification ESE-M99B144-B or
plain water only, if needed.
