Make sure the CableCARDTM is properly
inserted.
Please consult your cable operator for
service or to reactivate/authenticate your
CableCARDTM.
Make sure the TV cable is properly
connected and that you have performed the
Windows Media Center setup and
downloaded the program guide.
• Check device LEOs and status of device in
Network adapters section of Device Manager.
Exit Windows® Media Center and shutdown
and restart the PC.
Make sure the USB cable is connected and
LEOs are in normal operating state. If not,
power cycle the device by unplugging and
replacing the power connector.
Accessing Digital Cable Tuner Diagnostics
Your cable provider may need specific information about the Digital Cable
Tuner, network settings, IP service, or CableCARDTM. Media Center stores
this information on the Digital Tuner Diagnostics screens.

On the Settings main screen, click TV, and then click TV Signal.

Click Digital Tuner Diagnostics.
