CUTTING OPERATIONS
For straight cuts, once the rip fence is positioned for the desired cut, place
the material flush against the rip fence then push the material towards the
blade. A push block is supplied for this type of operation.
For diagonal cuts, to obtain diagonal cuts, follow the steps for straight cuts
above, in addition the V-groove push block is used. Position the push block
against the rip fence, place one corner of your material into the V-groove of
the push block and you are ready to cut.
For bevel cuts, Loosen the two lock knobs (A) Fig.10 (only one is shown, the
second is located on the backside of the machine) and tilt the table to the
desired angle, you can choose 15
(A) to secure the cutting table. Install and position the rip fence (B) on the right
side of the table, then place the material face down onto the right side of the
table and you are ready to cut.
WARNING: Do not service, clean, or maintain the tile saw without first turning off the motor and unplugging
the tile saw from its power source. Failure to do so may result in a serious injury to the operator.
FOR THE LONGEST LIFE AND BEST PERFORMANCE:
• Always clean the tile saw after each use.
• Wipe off all exterior surfaces and keep the cutting table clean and free of all debris.
• Always let the blade cut at its own speed. Do not force the material being cut.
• Always check the blade for cracks or signs of damage.
• Always clean the water tray thoroughly after use.
• Always keep water level at the recommended level. Do not overfill or allow the blade to run dry.
• Always store in dry conditions.
• Never attempt to service the internal parts of the motor by yourself for this would void your warranty.
• Keep the ventilation slots clean and unobstructed to prevent overheating of the motor.
CONTINUOUS RIM DIAMOND BLADES
• ONLY USE 7" (180MM) CONTINUOUS RIM DIAMOND BLADES HAVING A 5/8" ARBOR WITH THIS TILE SAW.
• Do not use tile saw blades that are larger or smaller than recommended.
• Do not force the material into the blade, let the blade cut at its own speed.
• Inspect blade before every use for cracks or uneven wear. Discard cracked,
chipped or bent blades.
STORING YOUR TILE SAW
Before storing your tile saw, make sure it has been cleaned properly. To protect
the power cord from damage, wrap it around the power cord wrap posts on the
side of the machine as shown in Fig.11.
