• Strong light or glare off the subject when
shooting a video can cause purple lines or
bands in the image. This does not indicate
malfunction of the camera.
• Subjecting the product to strong impact
while shooting can cause focus to be off.
If this happens, restart the camera app.
• Focusing may not be possible for the
following types of subjects.

A subject that includes a plain wall or
another object with little contrast
-
A strongly backlit subject
-
A lustrous subject that reflects bright
light
-
A subject that includes blinds or any
other repeating horizontal pattern
-
Multiple subjects at varying distances
from the camera
-
A subject in a dark location
-
A fast-moving subject
• Do not turn on the flashlight near anyone's
eyes. Do not look directly into the flashlight
while it is turned on. Also, do not point the
flashlight at another person's eyes while it
is turned on. Doing so creates the risk of
vision impairment and other problems.
• When shooting photos, the Auto Focus
lock sound and shutter sound are
produced by the product even if it is in the
vibrate mode/silent mode. The product
also emits sounds when video recording is
started and stopped. The volume cannot
be modified.
• You may hear slight sound when the
camera starts up or while other camera
operations are being performed. These
are the sounds of internal components,
and do not indicate malfunction.
