NOTE
Always replace the oil seal with a new one.
Coat the new oil seal with the recommended fork oil and install
it
with the mark facing up.
After assembling the fork legs, install each fork leg into the lower fork bridge first, then torque the fork cap.

Remarks
Replace
with
a
new
one
if
it
was
removed
from
the
piston.
Insert
into
the
fork
tube.
Insert
onto
the
piston.
Replace
with
a
new
one
if
it
was
removed
from
the
fork
tube.
If
the
socket
bolt turns
with the fork
piston,
temporarily
install
the
fork
spring,
spacer
and
fork cap,
then
tighten
the
socket
bolt.
-
Wrap
vinyl
or
plastic
tape around the
fork
tube
top
end
to
avoid
damaging
the
oil
seal
during
installation.
Use fork
seal
driver (07947-KA50100)
and attachment
(07947-KF00100)
for fork
seal
installation.
After
installing,
compress
the
fork
tube
fully
and
pour
the
Rebound
spring
