DTC P0108
Boost sensor circuit high input
• The PCM monitors the input signal from the manifold absolute pressure sensor. If the voltage from the
manifold absolute pressure sensor is more than 4.8 V, the PCM determines that there is a malfunction in
the manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit.
DETECTION
Diagnostic support note
CONDITION
• The MIL illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition in the first drive cycle.
• FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
• The DTC is stored in the PCM memory.
• Boost sensor malfunction
• Connector or terminal malfunction
• Short to power supply in wiring harness between boost sensor terminal B and PCM terminal 36
POSSIBLE
• Short to power supply in wiring harness between boost sensor terminal C and PCM terminal 90
CAUSE
• Open circuit in wiring harness between boost sensor terminal A and PCM terminal 91
• PCM malfunction
