Getting to Know Your Corvette

Driver Information Center (DIC)
The DIC informs you of the status of
many of your vehicle's systems and is
used to display driver personalization
features and warning/status messages.
The display is located at the bottom
of the instrument panel cluster.
The following DIC controls are located
on the instrument panel to the right of
the steering wheel.
(Fuel): Press this button to display
fuel information.
(Gages): Press this button to
display engine gage information and
tire pressure.
TRIP: Press this button to display the
odometer, trip information and engine
oil life.
OPTION: Press this button to scroll
through the personalization features
that are available on your vehicle.
RESET: Press this button to reset
system functions when displayed
or to acknowledge messages on the
DIC. This button is also used to select
personalization features within Options.
Warnings and Messages
If a problem is sensed in one of your
vehicle's systems, a warning or
message will appear in the DIC display.

After a warning or message appears,
press the RESET button to clear the
display screen for further use.
Remember, pressing RESET only makes
the message disappear; it does not
resolve the problem.
Note: Your vehicle's warnings and
messages provide critical information
that can prevent damage to your
vehicle. Review your Owner Manual to
become familiar with the information
displayed and the action required.
Check Engine or Other Warning Lights
with OnStar® (if equipped)
If your Check Engine light, or any other
warning message appears, you can
push the blue OnStar button and speak
to a live advisor. OnStar Advisors can
access certain diagnostic information
and can tell you how serious the
problem is, what you should do about
it, or can contact a dealer or Roadside
service for you. Refer to the OnStar
Owner Guide for details.

KEYLESS ACCESS AND
PUSHBUTTON START

Keyless Access Transmitter

Your Corvette features
Keyless Access and
Pushbutton Start. You
can keep the Keyless
Access transmitter in
a pocket or purse
and operate the doors,
trunk and ignition.
The transmitter
communicates with the Corvette's
computer system via antennas.
