The following technical information may be useful for the DataStation :

3.5.1 What is USB 2.0?

The new USB 2.0 standard offers a higher bandwidth for Hi-Speed devices such as removable hard
disks, Hi-Speed scanners and CD-RW drives. USB 2.0 supports transfer rates up to 480 MBit/s
and is compatible with USB 1.1 devices. Thus, slower USB 1.1 devices such as digital cameras,
scanners, modems, keyboards, mouses, joysticks and printers can be connected to USB 2.0 , too.
