Changing or Deleting a Number/Name Stored under a
Coded Speed Dialing Code
Follow these steps if you want to change the number and/or name registered under a Coded Speed
Dialing code, or if you want to delete all information stored under a code.

Follow steps 1 to 3 of "Storing Numbers for Coded Speed Dialing." (See p. 5-5.)

You can also select a code by pressing [Coded Dial] and entering the two-digit code with the numeric buttons.
To delete a number:

Open One-Touch Speed Dial panel
TEL NUMBER ENTRY

When you delete a number, the name registered for that number is also deleted.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.
To change the number and/or name:

Open One-Touch Speed Dial panel

Press the numeric buttons to enter the new number.

• If you want to delete a digit, press [
press [Delete].
• If you only want to change the name, press [OK] twice after step 2
to step 5.

Press [Clear] to delete the previous entry.

Press the numeric buttons to enter the new name
