MISMATCH
Press the MENU button to turn of the error message of
the camera after the action mentioned.

Printer
RIBBON END
• The print cartridge has run out.
SET CARTRIDGE
tReplace the print cartridge.
SET PAPER
• The print paper has run out.
PUSH EXEC
tPut print paper in the paper tray, and press the EXEC button.
• The paper tray is not inserted in the printer.
tInsert the paper tray, and press the EXEC button.
PAPER JAMMING
• The print paper may be jammed.
REMOVE PRINTS
tRemove the jammed paper, if any. See "If paper jams" on page 70.
MEDIA MISMATCH
• The print paper and print cartridge do not match.
PUSH EXEC
tSet the proper size of the print paper for the print cartridge, and press the
REMOVE PRINTS
• The print paper remains in the ejection slot.
PUSH EXEC
tRemove the paper tray then the print paper. Then press the EXEC button.
PRINTER ERROR
• Some trouble has occurred with the printer.

tContact your Sony service facility or your Sony dealer.
Bluetooth ERROR
• Some trouble has occurred with the Bluetooth function.

tContact your Sony service facility or your Sony dealer.
• The menu appears on the operation display on the printer.
tPress the MENU button on the printer to retrieve the Ready display.
• The printer is communicating using USB.
tWait until the communication ends. Then try again.
• A print size selectable only when the UPC-X46 series is installed is selected,
but the UPC-X34 series is installed in the printer.
tReplace the print pack in the printer with the UPC-X46 series.
tSelect a print size that can be printed with the UPC-X34 series using the
