Flashing dots do not appear even if calibration is started
Check
The computer screen is being redisplayed.
The dots are not displayed if the projector is not detected by the
computer.
The dots do not change from flashing to always lit.
Check
The projector surface information cannot be received accurately
because there is another light source nearby.
The projector surface information cannot be received accurately if
the projector position is too close to the projection surface.
The dots change from flashing to always lit automatically
Check
The Easy Interactive Pen has been disabled because the surrounding
light source state is unstable.
Other problems
No sound can be heard or the sound is faint
Check
Is the audio source connected correctly?
Is the volume adjusted to the minimum setting?
Is A/V Mute active?
Is the audio cable's specification "No resistance"?
End all applications such as Flash animations that redisplay the screen and then restart Easy Interactive Function.
Check that the projector and computer are connected correctly and then restart Easy Interactive Function.
Move the light source away from the projector or change the installation location of the projector.
Check the installation position of the projector.
Change the installation position of the projector or turn off the light source.
Disconnect the cable from the Audio port, and then reconnect the cable.
Adjust the volume so that sound can be heard. s
Press the [A/V Mute] button on the remote control to cancel A/V Mute. s
When using a commercially available audio cable, make sure it is labeled "No resistance".
